Lil Pump spends nearly $5M on new Miami Beach home
Instead of “ten racks on a new chain,” rapper Lil Pump just dropped $4.6 million on a new waterfront home.
LF Development sold the 5,100-square-foot, five-bedroom house on Bay Drive in the Normandy Isles neighborhood of Miami Beach, according to a deed filed on Wednesday. Douglas Elliman’s Luis Dominguez and Karl Hueck represented the developer. Luisa Taylor of The Agency brought the buyer, whose real name is Gazzy Garcia.
Lil Pump’s top songs include “Gucci Gang,” “Butterfly Doors” and “Racks on Racks.” The native Miamian has collaborated with Rick Ross, 2 Chainz and Kanye West, among other rappers.
His new Miami Beach home features a rooftop terrace on the third floor; a custom Italian kitchen, bathroom vanities and closets; and an Ipe wood pool deck and cabana.
Property records show an LF Development affiliate paid $1.1 million in 2013 for the 8,770-square-foot lot in 2013.
Normandy Isles in North Beach is just northeast of North Bay Village, south of Indian Creek Village and west of the beach. The quiet Miami Beach neighborhood is home to mostly older houses.
Nearby, a spec home in Normandy Shores at 2430 North Shore Terrace in Normandy Shores, built by Venezuelan developer Humberto Ramirez, sold for $5.15 million in 2016.
LF Development also built Miami Heat player Hassan Whiteside’s home in Mid-Miami Beach. Whiteside, who is being traded to the Portland Trail Blazers, paid $7.3 million for his waterfront house at 528 Lakeview Court in 2016.
LF also has homes under construction on Palm Island and Hibiscus Island in Miami Beach, according to its website.
